As my first blog-post on achieving your goals and ultimately being as big as a mountain, I am going to start out with a basic principle:
The first thing you have to do if you really want to achieve things in your life, is to make plans and vital decisions when you have a clear mind. A crowded mind is of as much use, as a stuffed drawer is for storing newly bought clothes.
In the evening your mind is, no matter what you may think, crowded. You rarely make the best life decisions at 11 pm, nor do you set realistic goals in the evening. How often have you not experienced to set unreasonable goals for yourself in the evening such as "Tomorrow I will start eating healthy!" or "Tomorrow I will start taking school serious and start studying!". Basicly the plans we make in the evening for the following day are unreasonable and often seen as "tomorrow my new life will begin!"-goals.
Lets face it. Most of you wont get up the following morning at 4:30 am and start exercising, and even if you do you probably wont stick to it.
Instead of doing this, it's in the morning where you have to think and ask yourself one simple question, which I will adress in the next blogpost.
This is only the first step to achieving your goals.
Achieving goals isnt easy. You probably wont achieve your goals today nor tomorrow. But by constantly working towards your goal, success will eventually come.
